The Working Principle of Sleeve Anchor

Tightening stage: Use a wrench or other tools to gradually tighten the nut. As the nut is tightened, the head or special part of the bolt will move downward and push the sleeve to expand inside the hole. The expansion process of the casing generates radial expansion force, which forms a tight contact and firm fixation between the casing and the hole wall.

 

Completion stage: When the nut reaches the specified tightening torque, the sleeve anchor is installed. At this point, the fixed object forms a stable connection between the sleeve anchor and the substrate.
